Submitting and reviewing of abstracts of APCLC 2016
We have now sent out all the notifications to the first author of each submission. Please contact us via APCLC3@hotmail.com if you submitted an abstract but have not received notification yet.
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted should pay attention to the following instructions. First, authors are required to confirm their attendance by replying to the notification email no later than 10 August, 2016. Second, we classified accepted abstracts into three categories – FULL PAPER, WORK in PROGRESS (WiP), and POSTER. Each abstract accepted as FULL PAPER will be scheduled into a 30-minute session (20 minutes for presentation and 5-10 minutes for Q & A) at the conference; each WiP will be scheduled into a 15-minute session at the conference, including Q & A if possible. Posters will be assigned to dedicated sessions and stay up for the day. They should have the size A0 (841 x 1,189 mm, or 33.1 – 46.8 inches) so that there is sufficient room to stand next to the poster while presenting.
1.All abstracts should be sent directly to APCLC3@hotmail.com before the deadline.
2.All received abstracts will be coded according to their themes and blind reviewed by two scholars independently.
3.All the abstracts will be assessed in terms of their ideas, methods, findings and significance, with short comments, and classified into a rating scale of 4 categories as follows:
Highly qualified
Good
Satisfactory
Less than satisfactory
4. The above-mentioned 4 categories will receive a score ranged between 5 points and
2 points respectively as follows:
