主讲人简介

浙江大学外国语言文化与国际交流学院、法学院双聘教授、博导，浙江大学外国语言文化与国际交流学院副院长、跨文化与区域研究所所长、法律话语与翻译中心主任、当代中国话语研究中心主任。主要兼职包括：中国政法大学研究员，北京大学国际法学院教授，世界法律口译与翻译协会主席，法律与语言多文化协会副会长兼秘书长，语言法律国际协会执行委员；在法律符号学领域担任的编辑职务主要包括：International Journal of Legal Discourse主编，Semiotica（SSCI/A&HCI检索）、Social Semiotics（SSCI检索）编委，International Journal for the Semiotics of Law（ESCI检索）、International Journal of Semiotics and Visual Rhetorics、Language and Law副主编。主要研究方向包括法学、法律话语与法律翻译、语言法律与规划、符号学、专门用途语言及语料库语言学等。近年来，已在SSCI、A&HCI及Legal JournalIndex等国际权威期刊中发表论文30余篇，并与Routledge、De Gruyter、Springer、CambridgeUniversity Press等国际知名出版社合作出版专著及译著10余部。

讲座内容

Basedon the speaker’s own experiences on international publication, this talk will providea multidimensional insight into the scientific publication in the internationalacademic circle and discuss the interactions among various parameters such as researchpatterns, scientific productivity, and research collaboration from aninnovative and integrated combination of the whole publication system, particularlyjournal publishers, journal editors, authors and reviewers.
